Taryn is a respected healthcare leader, educator, and advocate with nearly 20 years of experience advancing integrative health, whole-person care, and health systems transformation.
Taryn is a healthcare leader, educator, and advocate with nearly two decades of experience advancing integrative health, health promotion, workforce well-being, and systems transformation across academic health systems and nonprofit organizations.
Most recently, Taryn served as Associate Director of Whole Health in the States and Special Projects at the Academic Consortium for Integrative Medicine & Health, where she supported national efforts to advance Whole Health implementation, policy, and cross-sector collaboration. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at NYU Langone Health leading enterprise-wide integrative health and health promotion initiatives.
Taryn also serves as Vice Chair of the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM), contributing to advancing quality standards in integrative health education.
As a member of the Integrative Health Global (IHG) Board of Advisors and in her role as IHG Associate Director of Program Development, Education and Advocacy, Taryn brings a passion for building partnerships, advancing education, and creating practical pathways to expand access to evidence-based integrative health worldwide.
Her commitment to whole-person health aligns closely with IHG's mission of advancing safe, effective, and accessible integrative healthcare for individuals and communities around the globe.
