Dr. Anuradha Khadilkar, MD, DCH, is Deputy Director at Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute, Pune, India. A pediatrician with over 25 years’ experience in growth, nutrition, and endocrine disorders, she co-founded the Sweetlings program that now supports 800+ underprivileged children with diabetes. She has guided 26 PhD students, trained over 100 doctors, authored more than 350 publications and 10 book chapters, and received over 70 awards for her research papers. Her team developed Indian growth charts and contributed to IAP vitamin D and obesity guidelines. She has pioneered work in bone health in children with chronic disorders and maintains long-standing national and international collaborations.
