Dr. Anuradha V. Khadilkar, MD (Paediatrics), DCH (London), is Deputy Director and Consultant Pediatrician, at the Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute, Jehangir Hospital, Pune. With over 25 years of experience, her work focuses on childhood growth and nutrition, pediatric endocrinology, bone health, type 1 diabetes, and maternal and community health.

Dr. Khadilkar has been closely involved in developing national growth references for Indian children and in formulating growth-monitoring, vitamin D, and calcium guidelines for the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. She has published over 375 research papers and 10 book chapters, received more than 100 research grants, and has longstanding collaborations with leading institutions in India and internationally.

A committed researcher and mentor, Dr. Khadilkar is a recognized PhD guide at Savitribai Phule Pune University and has guided or co-guided 28 doctoral students. In 2010, Dr. Khadilkar co-founded the Sweetlings program, which provides comprehensive care and support to over 800 underprivileged children and young people living with type 1 diabetes. Dr. Khadilkar also leads research and community programs addressing health and nutrition across rural and underserved urban populations.
